Introduction – Larvesta Pokemon
The name, Larvesta, is a combination of two words – Larva (primary life stage of an insect) and Vesta (name of the Roman goddess of the hearth). It is a dual type pokemon i.e. it contains bug-type and fire-type powers.
Its design is primarily influenced by a moth larva, or mostly resembles the larvae of the Atlas moth, depicting its bug nature. Additionally, it has blue eyes and sombre face, upper part and head is enclosed with white fringes of fur whereas lower half is in brown.
Larvasta also features small black legs and five red curly horns, inherited from diverging sun rays which appears like the added fire element. Although, its comprehensive touch-like presence makes its genus – the torch pokemon.
Every series outlines a fresh story and background of the Larvesta pokemon, starting from the Generation 5. Its evolution tradition can be found in the Pokedex entries of different areas.
