Student Recruitment and Funding Associate
(Full-Time | Remote)

As a Student Recruitment and Funding Associate, you will play an essential role in empowering students to secure their academic futures at top-tier universities, particularly in North America. Working remotely, you will be at the forefront of helping students succeed globally by guiding them through admissions, funding opportunities, and the visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting students as they pursue higher education abroad. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Guiding Students through the Admissions Process
  You’ll assist students with selecting suitable programs, completing application requirements, and understanding timelines to ensure a smooth admission experience.
• Funding and Scholarships Guidance
  Help students identify funding opportunities, scholarships, and financial aid options. Provide expert advice on how to strengthen their applications to secure financial assistance.
• Visa Process Assistance
  Work closely with students to ensure they understand visa requirements and processes, providing comprehensive support for their applications to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Academic Advice and Mentorship
  Offer guidance to students on academic choices, course selection, and provide ongoing mentorship to help them succeed both academically and personally in their new environments.

What We’re Looking For:

Ideal candidates for this role will bring a combination of experience, knowledge, and passion to the table. Specifically, we are seeking individuals who have:

• Experience in Student Recruitment, Admissions, and Funding
  Your previous experience in education consultancy, recruitment, or admissions will be invaluable as you help students navigate their options and make well-informed decisions.
• Knowledge of International Higher Education Systems
  Familiarity with university systems, particularly in North America, will allow you to provide detailed and accurate advice.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  You’ll be working with students from various backgrounds, so empathy, patience, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are key.
• Ability to Work Independently and Remotely
  As a remote position, you should be comfortable managing your time and tasks effectively without constant supervision.
• Educational Background in Related Fields
  A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a relevant field will provide a solid foundation for this role.

Compensation:

This role offers a commission-based structure that scales with your performance. The more students you recruit and guide to success, the more you earn! You can choose between monthly or quarterly payments based on your preference, allowing you the flexibility to align your earnings with your goals.
